Ironically, I had to use Imgur because Lemmy.world disallows posting and uploads via the VPN that I utilize, and direct upload chokes due to some stupid shit the regulator and providers around here are pulling.
The way things in the Europes and the US are going, in a few years most Western VPNs will be of no avail for accessing the sites I want. We’ll both have to VPN through Mexico or somesuch.
