Tl;dr summary: Company lowered the wage of an employee after reassigning him to do lesser work as AI took over parts of his job, employee refuses to accept this, company fires him, court rules this was against the law from the moment the wage was lowered
Yes, it’s China. Yes, China has a lot of issues. Yes, companies will try their best to find other ways to get rid of employees. But this still is finally a W in regards to AI BS.
