This is sad af, man…
Man all my pets are about the same age. Two cats and two dogs. My dogs are getting grey hair on their faces. My cat that I’ve had since a kitten is doing well but sometimes I cry thinking about her dying.
This gets me sometimes as well. But I also think it’s the only way we can give back to our pets anything like what they give to us. The sheer unconditional love and companionship my dogs give to me, I pay back by being their forever friend. I will be a constant in their life, an unwavering pillar of comfort and familiarity that will never change for them. For the indescribable joy they bring me, I will be there for them even at the very end, and I will suffer the burden of their absence so they do not suffer mine.
Why is this shitpost? This just making me cry.

My kitties are only 4 and I cry if I think about them dying. Good thing it’s never going to happen and they’re going to live forever.
