The only reason why there would be gun free zones is if there is a gun problem requiring gun free zones.
Remove guns and you remove the need for gun free zones.
Make sure your society doesn’t contribute to mental health problems too and you pretty much have eliminated both the access to weapons and the conditions under which a person would want to start pointing one at people.
