      It would be out of spec. 10-12mm, of head is the spec for a Guinness pour, if I recall correctly

        Which… will appear after a while as Guinness is the kind of beer that is so dang dense it will remain mostly level as the head turns to liquid. It was a joke.

    Try ordering a beer in Japan. They think there that the foam contains all the alcohol, it’s not at all uncommon to get glasses with over half foam
