This is the era that created the “pervert in a trench coat” archetype. …unfortunately the Uncle Wiggly campaign was the best the government could do at the time, due to not being able to talk about sex directly.

Ahh yes, the pandemic of men flashing their penises in the 1920s was a problem. This is the era that created the “pervert in a trench coat” archetype.
…unfortunately the Uncle Wiggly campaign was the best the government could do at the time, due to not being able to talk about sex directly.
