Best COVID lock down ever. I would love another. Minus all the people dying.

But there isn’t a better experience in gaming than VR Assetto Corsa with mods.

Edit: With mods…and a wheel. And seat rumblers for your butt. And SimHub. And Custom Shaders Pack via Patreon. And oh lol are you still on a gear-driven Logitech or Thrustmaster lol so cute! You’ll want the new model with carbon fiber belts tensioned to aerospace specifications by Ferrari engineers. P.S. How are you set on actuators/degrees of freedom?

Thats why Gran Turismo haters can fuck off.

I owned a ps4 already and Id owned Gran Turismo as a casual gamer before I decided to give sim racing a go. I bought a $200 used wheel and pedals off marketplace and built a cheap rig for about another $200.

It might be “Simcade” or whatever elitist gatekeepy shit people want to say but my total investment to suck at simracing is $500. You can spend $10,000 and still suck at Iracing.

It’s so insanely fun though isnt it. Especially in VR. Nordschliffe at night in the rain in a Xbow, radio blasting, it’s just sublime

Honest take. I would pay 200€ for a good simulation if hooked even with dlcs. The picture actually shows what we do wrong. Pay a lot of money for parts but safe on software.

I feel that. Except with watches. Started off modding Invicta Pro Divers with the Seiko movements. Now, my watch collection is easily twice that meme.

    Dang, that looks pretty slick.

If this is your setup: is there a cable plugged into just the ground of the bottom outlet?

The racing game accessories companies probably pay racing sim game development companies billions of dollars a year.
