This isn’t like Harambe. The way to make Harambe equivalent would be if Harambe was killed because some cop wandered into his enclosure while looking for a missing person and managed to shoot him before Harambe ripped his arms off for trying to taze him.

This cop deserves to be stripped of everything at the very least. He should go to prison, but I’d settle for him being fired and being unable to own a gun or be a cop ever again.
